Deposit policy

Guarantee: A three night deposit is required to secure a reservation. This is applied to the first and last two nights of your stay. For stays less than three nights, one night deposit is required. For the Christmas/New Year's holidays please see below. Cancellations and Refunds: Because we are small and not the easiest place to get to, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we are forced to adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

For "No-Show" and cancellations of arrival within 28 days (Dec. 15-23 and Jan. 4 to March 31) and 14 days (April 1 to December 14), a charge of three nights room rate will be imposed. Suggested minimum stay is four (4) nights. In case of early checkouts, the three-nights' deposit is applied to any canceled nights of a confirmed reservation. All credit card refunds are subject to a 5% handling fee.

For the Christmas/New Year period, December 24 to January 3, a four-nights deposit or 50%, whichever is greater, is due on booking, balance due 45 days before arrival. Cancellations after this date will result in a forfeit of deposit. There is a seven (7) night minimum stay for arrivals within the above dates. All credit card refunds are subject to a 5% handling fee. Travel insurance is recommended.
